Course program
The course program, while covering all the main topics of social services law, will focus in particular on institutions and their dynamics, following these themes: I. Public law and social services law: general profiles in the evolutionary dynamics of the Welfare State. - II. The Sources. - III. The Principles. - IV. Social and health integration. - V. The financing system. - VI. Programming and planning. - VII. Third Sector and other non-profit entities. - VIII. The public-private relationship and the user's freedom of choice. - IX. The categories of intervention. - X. The Family. - XI. Minors. - XII. The Disabled. - XIII. The Elderly. - XIV. Drug addicts. - XV. The Indigents. - XVI. The Prisoners - XVII. The Foreigners - XVIII. Policies –
Prerequisites
The examination format is as follows: a written test consisting of a test of multiple-choice questions, with a possible subsequent oral examination of the student's choice (the oral examination will have a plus or minus three marks in relation to the result of the examination already taken).

Frego Luppi, Manuale di Diritto dei servizi sociali, Giappichelli editore, latest edition (IV°), 2019 [NB: Part III should not be considered and should be excluded from the study, i.e. pp. 307 to 408]. Frequency
Attendance by the student is considered a useful and appropriate option.

Lesson mode
Teaching will be face-to-face and will also make use of digital tools, such as 'Slack', to keep students up-to-date with useful materials, made available by the Professor.
